Grief never truly ends; it only transforms, stretching and reshaping the body's capacity to feel. At its most unbearable, it reveals something unexpected – a promise that if sorrow can reach such depths, then joy, too, must have its own extreme. That survival is not just endurance, but expansion.
There Was A Party was first shared as a solo work in progress in Berlin in February 2025. It is to premiere in September 2026.
